WHA Book Sale / Bake Sale
December 3-5
Wilford Hall Medical Center Atrium
8 am to 4:30 pm.

Our book vendor, Books Are Fun, is back at WHMC to offer great books for holiday gifts and WHA is adding to the excitement by selling baked goodies. We need your help - please join us!

BAKERS: Please email cgirton@yahoo.com if you plan to bake something. Baked goods can be dropped off December 2-5. Please freeze any goods that will not be sold within 3 days, wrap each individual baked good securely, and include name of baked good and an ingredients list so we avoid any allergy issues. (If using a box mix – just snip off the ingredients list.) Please pick your most convenient drop off-location and remember to call ahead to get drop off instructions and gate entry:

3. Or drop off directly at the bake sale in the Wilford Hall Atrium on December 4-5 by 10 am. (Send it in with your spouse!)

VOLUNTEERS: Spend an hour for a good cause and a chance to meet some of your fellow auxiliary members!! We will need one volunteer for each hour of the bake sale (total of four.) Please sign up below and reply all. Kids welcome!

Holiday Cooking Class @ Central Market

For those of you who have discovered Central Market know how everything prepared there is perfection! For those of you who have not yet partaken of some of the best cu-linary delights San Antonio has to offer here is your chance!!! The BAMC Auxiliary is hosting a holiday themed cooking class. The menu was de-signed specifically for those of us looking for new twists on standard dishes.

Childcare will be provided. Please RSVP no later than MONDAY, November 10th. Space is limited!!!

Board Meeting Reminder!

Hello Everyone, We have a board meeting this Friday at 9:30. Please send me your reports for your position by Thursday afternoon at 5:00 pm. I will type it all up and bring a condensed version to the board mtg. for everyone to keep in their folder.
